Pathway Senior Living develops, owns, operates and/or manages market-rate and mixed-income independent living and assisted living communities in the Midwest. Its portfolio includes 10 affordable assisted living communities and eight affordable senior apartment buildings. Victory Centre of South Chicago is a Pathway development that is both an assisted living and senior apartment community.

Goals

• Transform a brownfield into the new home of an affordable supportive living and senior apartment community
• Create sustainable landscape elements for the facility to assist in achieving LEED certification
